A security officer was shot and killed in the Umkomaas area on Human Rights Day last Friday.
It is believed that he was alone in his vehicle and was the victim of a drive-by shooting.
IPSS Medical Rescue responded to the scene and declared the man dead.
The motive for the shooting is unknown at this stage.
