Murderer sentenced after fatal Hibberdene stabbing
The investigating officer in the case was Detective Sergeant Fikile Ngubane of Hibberdene Detective Service.
Nkosinathi Zamisa (41) was sentenced for murder in the Scottburgh Regional Court last week.
Zamia received 10 years’ imprisonment of which three years is wholly suspended for five years.
Hibberdene police responded to a murder at Dingimbiza location in Hibberdene on June 22, 2024, where they found the body of a man (24) who had died from a fatal stab wound to the chest.
