Three shot dead in KwaMadlala

The motive for the shooting is unknown at this stage; police are investigating.

Three men who are believed to be from Mtwalume were shot dead in KwaMadlala on August 21.

Southport police have opened three murder cases after responding to the incident in the Hukwini area.

Provincial police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Paul Magwaza said it was reported that the victims, three men aged between 31 and 45, were travelling in a vehicle when they came under fire from unknown suspects.

Magwaza said the motive for the shooting is unknown at this stage.
