Playgroup brings children together

They offer activities, arts and crafts and games to keep children occupied.

The Nkani Playgroup recently invited the local community to a Christmas craft session at the Park Rynie Library.

This was a free event for the public. Although it was a small turnout, the dedication and support from the team and the children who attended ensured that it was a fun day.

As a community-focused initiative, Nkani Playgroup aims to provide a safe and engaging environment for local children.

According to the team, Park Rynie unfortunately lacks facilities for children to play, making their service even more vital.

The playgroup invites parents, caregivers, and children to join them for nature walks, sports and community activities, as these sessions are designed to promote socialisation, learning and fun to build a stronger, more supportive community for children.
