Culture to come alive at museum in Port Shepstone

The event will bring together facilitators, artists and cultural practitioners from across the district.

Don’t miss out on a colourful cultural festival themed Time Travel at the Port Shepstone Maritime Cultural Museum on Saturday, December 13, from 09:00 to 17:00.

Residents and visitors can look forward to a full programme that showcases the rich tapestry of local traditions.

The festival will feature traditional games, traditional and cultural dance displays, aerobics, music, a flea market, cultural information stands, and arts and crafts stalls.

There will also be a secure children’s play area, complete with a pool and jumping castle, plus ample parking on-site.

The event brings together facilitators, artists and cultural practitioners from across the district, with the aim of celebrating diversity and fostering cultural appreciation in the community.
