Festive fun at colour run in Scottburgh

Participants of all ages enthusiastically joined the 5km and 2km races.

Scottburgh’s Crocworld Conservation Centre celebrated the festive season in style with a vibrant colour run.

This event was held on Day of Reconciliation, as part of resident croc Henry’s 125th birthday festivities.

 

Participants of all ages enthusiastically joined either a 5km or 2km race.

Creative outfits and vibrant splashes of colour made for a festive spectacle, with prizes awarded to the best-dressed competitors: Debbie, Riaan, Shelah and Di-Anna.

Top performers in the colour run are as follows:
5km winners:
• Sphesihle Hengwa (Umzinto)
• Jarin Datnow (Brakpan)
• Jayten Datnow (Brakpan)

2km winners:
• Kwezi Ngcobo (Umzinto),
• Mpilo Bulose (Umgababa).
