TC Robertson Nature Reserve’s Mongoose Tea Garden offers a beautiful midweek escape into nature every Wednesday, from 09:00 to 12:00. Take note, the cost is now R60 per person and includes tea/coffee plus homemade treats. Booking is essential for groups of eight or more. Contact 082 6227699.

Osisibethemba (Sisters of Hope) works with the rape crisis centre at GJ Crookes Hospital in Scottburgh and blesses the less fortunate with clothes, toys, blankets, sweets and snacks, and hygiene products (general toiletries, feminine hygiene items, etc.). They gather on the first Thursday of every month at Relton Hall, Pennington. Any donations are welcome. For further information, contact 076 2974457 or 083 3108479.
