Plentiful activities and learning experiences at Creston College
It has been an exciting week overall.
Creston’s music teachers Thabang Moshoeshoe and Magdelize Carstens attended the Mzansi Conductors Convention in Cape Town, where they gained valuable experience in choir conducting, rehearsal techniques and music education, while also networking with local and international conductors and composers.
The Grade R learners enjoyed a fun scavenger hunt and Easter activities, creating bunny crafts and exploring sensory trays.
In art lessons, Grade 1 learners made Easter bunny artworks and Grade 3 learners designed colourful Easter eggs, while Grade 2 learners shared about inspiring people and animals during a special show-and-tell session.
Congratulations to Hamza Peerzada, Colt Callaway and Damian Hobbs on achieving the 2026 Resolute Novice Level 3 Coding and Robotics Award, the first at the school.
The Senior Primary celebrated Random Acts of Kindness Day, with many thoughtful gestures seen throughout the phase.
High School Interact Club learners helped build a froggie pond during a Bendigo Conservancy project, and Grade 11 Life Sciences learners visited uShaka Marine World for a practical learning experience.
