Nominations for the 2026 South Coast Herald Readers’ Choice Awards are now open.
It’s your chance to nominate and vote for your favourite South Coast business.
Your vote, as a reader, could help them win in their respective category. All votes will be monitored and audited by Chantel Elliott and Company.
Complete the entry form and hand-deliver it to either the South Coast Herald offices (6 Station Road, Port Shepstone) or any of the collection points. See the nomination forms on pages 11 and 12 for more details.
Readers also stand a chance of winning cash prizes, getaways or vouchers in lucky draws.
Remember…
* Businesses nominated must be in the Herald footprint area – Scottburgh to Port Edward, and inland to Harding.
* Readers must provide their full name, address and phone number.
* Entries close on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 17:00.
* The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
* The lucky draw will be random, and the first person whose name is drawn will win the R5000 prize, while the second prize will be R2000, and the third prize will be R1000.
* Winners must be prepared to have their photographs taken and published in the South Coast Herald.
* The branch of the business that you are voting for must be listed to eliminate your entry from being disqualified.
* Only one entry form per person will be accepted.
