Marine expert to share ocean insights at Southbroom Conservancy

South Coast residents are invited to dive into the fascinating world of marine life when the Southbroom Conservancy hosts renowned marine scientist Dr Deborah Robertson-Andersson for a special talk at the Southbroom Golf Club on Thursday, June 25.

Starting at 18:00, the presentation will explore the extraordinary social lives of whales, sharks, dolphins and orcas found in South Africa’s coastal waters.

Attendees can expect to learn about the complex relationships, survival strategies and behaviours of these remarkable ocean creatures, while drawing intriguing parallels with human societies.

The talk promises a blend of cutting-edge science, captivating stories and surprising insights into life beneath the waves.
