Church building must go up, says pastor
The church, El Shaddai Fellowship Port Shepstone is currently renting a property and would like to have its own building soon.
Pastor Johnson Khan’s dream of building a church represents a profound spiritual calling to establish a physical sanctuary to grow a community of faith.
He started his vision 12 years ago for his congregation and spiritual dedication to the Port Shepstone community.
Due to financial constraints and unable to continue with building, he is seeking alternative avenues to complete the building.
Instead of taking on debt, he and his congregation are requesting assistance not in cash, but in building material or manpower.

The church, El Shaddai Fellowship Port Shepstone, is currently renting a property on Crescent Street, Marburg.
Since 1998, through rented properties the church has been a sanctuary for many to come together and worship.
The church is a registered non-profit organisation and public benefit organisation.
Khan and his congregation have worked tirelessly to raise funds for the completion of the roof and other projects.
“By faith, favour surrounds this project and we will have good success with local businesses, government agencies, or communities to see the completion of this project. I call on well-wishers to assist me with anything at their disposal. I believe having the gift of help is so important in the church. We need people who are willing to help in whatever needs to be done,” said Khan.
The church is also on a fundraising drive and will be hosting events. Anyone able to assist can contact Khan on 073 3122320.
