Run4Ramsgate returns for second community fundraiser

Funds raised will help to improve Ramsgate's main street area after last year's successful community fundraising campaign.

The second Run4Ramsgate, following the success of last year’s inaugural event, will be held on Saturday, July 11.

The event will be hosted by the Ramsgate Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association (RRRA), together with the local community.

The 5km fun run and walk starts and finishes at the Ramsgate Tidal Pool parking area, taking participants along the Ramble to Big Tree Beach and back. Registration opens at 08:30, with the event getting underway at 09:30.

The family-friendly event welcomes runners, walkers, and dogs on leads.

Visitors can also enjoy live music by Ricky, lucky draws, raffles, a silent auction, food and refreshments, as well as an art exhibition hosted by Art by the Sea outside The Art Café.

Funds raised will help the RRRA continue improving Ramsgate’s main street area after last year’s successful community fundraising campaign.
