Rise and Tide series returns with full moon run at Marina Beach

Bring a torch or headlamp, your running shoes, pack a picnic blanket and refreshments to enjoy afterwards.

Runners and walkers are invited to experience the South Coast after dark when the Rise and Tide Running Series hosts its Full Moon Run/Walk #2 at Marina Beach on Friday, July 24.

The event promises an evening of movement, community and coastal adventure, with participants able to choose between a 10km run, 5km run or 5km walk.

Registration opens at 16:30, with the 10km run and 5km walk starting at 17:20, followed by the 5km run at 17:25.

The event offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the South Coast under the full moon, whether you are a seasoned runner, casual jogger or simply looking for an enjoyable evening walk.

The series combines fitness with the region’s scenic coastline, creating a memorable experience for all ages and abilities.
