Good support for police prayer day in Umkomaas

Prayers were done for police safety and officers with poor health.

Umkomaas Saps stakeholders at the recent prayer day.

Umkomaas Saps members held a prayer day on July 17, led by acting station commander Lieutenant Colonel Mthembeni Zungu.

The aim of the event was to pray for police safety and officers with poor health.

Stakeholders included Saps members, a psychologist, social worker, Community Police Forum chairperson Monica Gumede, crime prevention spiritual pastors and more.

The session began with praise and worship, scripture reading and a vote of thanks was extended to all representatives present.
