The event hopes to bring together the community for a day of exercise, entertainment and family activities.

Get ready for a fun-filled family day at Port Shepstone Country Club on October 24, with free entry, fitness classes, games and entertainment for all ages.

Hosted by Harbourview Superspar and supported by local businesses, the event, themed Stronger Together, aims to bring the community together through fitness, fun and family activities.

Registration opens at 08:30, with a line-dancing class hosted by Jasmine Wyllie kicking off proceedings from 09:00 to 10:00.

The fitness programme continues with a step class by Wendy Fleming from 10:00 to 11:00, followed by a cardio blast class with Brilliant Hlongwa from 11:00 to 12:00, and a cardio box class runs from 12:00 to 13:00.

Shane Conning will lead a Tai Chi session from 13:00 to 14:00.

There will be plenty to keep the children entertained, including a mechanical bull, jumping castles and face painting.

Visitors can also enjoy a game of golf, padel or pickleball, while braai meat will be on sale and the club restaurant will be open.

Entry is free, with lots of prizes up for grabs. One lucky winner stands a chance to walk away with the R5 000 main cash prize.

Bring the family, get active and enjoy a day of entertainment and fun.
