Field trip break before exams for PS Islamic
The outings gave learners a break from the usual classroom routine.
Port Shepstone Islamic school’s Grades 4 and 5 learners had their turn to visit Crocworld where they were left in awe seeing the various species of snakes and crocodiles. The highlight being the close contact with the 30kg Burmese python.
Lake Eland was the venue for the Grade 9 field trip. The guided tour and the game drive gave learners an enlightened view of the various attractions in the game reserve; species of buck, eland and zebras. Learners also faced their fear of heights crossing the suspension bridge.
The outings gave learners a break from the usual classroom routine. Grade 12 learners and the rest of the FET Phase have begun their mid-year exams with the balance of the grades commencing on the15th.
Continuous assessments are being conducted in the junior classes. Learners are wished well in their forthcoming examinations.
