Sheppie Secondary wins prize in trashion show

The school walked away with a R5000 shopping voucher.

Port Shepstone Secondary won the high school section in a trashion show hosted by Southcoast Mall recently.
Learners were invited to create fashion pieces made out of trash and recycled materials, which was then modelled on the runway.

There were two categories, the primary schools’ section and the high schools’ section.
Out of the 29 entries, the top 10 finalists were chosen by a bench of judges. These finalists were uploaded onto social media and the public was then invited to vote for their favourite contestant.

The winning school, per category received a R5000 shopping voucher.
