PE Primary contributes to care packages

Port Edward Primary School’s Grade 3 learners have been involved in a community outreach project throughout this year, with Pro Deo Care Group.

This organisation helps to care for elderly people in the Port Edward community. On October 25, the school held a civvies day and collected small chocolates and packets of sweets, which will be included in Christmas care packages for elderly community members. The school thanks the parents and learners for supporting this special cause.

The school’s U11 and U13 cricket players enjoyed mid-week matches against Izotsha Primary last week, at home. Thanks to the Izotsha teams and supporters.
