Schools

Sports stars abound at PE Primary

The school also warmly welcomes new staff members.

It’s been a busy start to the cricket season at Port Edward Primary, with midweek matches against Suid-Natal and Margate Primary, as well as a six-a-side tournament for the U11s last Saturday.

The school thanks both Suid-Natal and Margate Primary for hosting matches, and travelling to Port Edward for some home matches. Congratulations to Dian Schoeman for being selected to represent the SKZN U11 cricket team.

Learners have also been hard at work in the pool, with a number of keen swimmers representing the school at Ugu swimming trials. Congratulations to Emma Burger and Alina Dorè for obtaining their SKZN colours.

The school has welcomed a number of new teachers and assistants for 2024, and is thrilled to have them join the team and wishes them a long and happy stay.
