Jai Hind’s volleyballers head to provincial games

The school sends its best wishes to all participants.

Jai Hind Primary was victorious in two knock-out volleyball games in terms 1 and 2, and the exceptional talent did not go unnoticed.

Four learners have been selected to participate in the U13 provincial championship at the Sharks Outspan Ground in Durban.

They are Kezlin Lesley Naidoo and Wandile Mkhize (boys U13) and Liyema Songwangwa and Pulane Tenene (girls U13).

These talented learners will join the teams that will represent Port Shepstone at the games.

Educator Ivan Govender, who has 17 years of coaching experience and a history of coaching the provincial side at national level, has been chosen as the coach for the U13 boys.

Learners will be participating in a mock election on Monday, May 27, which is tailored to their levels for a better understanding of the election procedure.
