Learning can be fun

Everyone then got to see the firetruck and hear the sirens.

CS Learning Centre and CS Skills Centre were delighted to be visited by the Ugu District Municipality Environmental Management team last Friday.

All the students were thrilled to meet ‘Mvelo’ and watch him dance!

Then, the children all put their handprints on the tree and took a pledge to protect and look after the environment.

After learning lots of interesting facts and skills about looking after the environment, how to prevent fires, and what to do if a fire starts, the firemen came and gave a demonstration.

Everyone then got to see the firetruck and hear the sirens.

Great fun was had by all, and good life lessons learnt.
