Jai Hind empowers future leaders

The school anticipates that these future leaders will inspire change and positively influence their peers this year.

At Jai Hind Primary, a new chapter of student leadership is unfolding in 2025, with the exciting introduction of the peer leader programme for all Grade 7 learners.

This year, the school is taking a bold step towards fostering responsibility, collaboration and leadership skills among its senior learners.

Under this system, all Grade 7 learners will rotate peer leadership duties each term, ensuring that everyone gains valuable leadership experience.

Each class will take turns performing duties, rotating each term. These learners will wear the symbolic yellow tie and a peer leader badge. The ties will be personalised with the year 2025 to symbolise the milestone of their final year at the school.

This programme focuses on building essential skills like communication, problem-solving and teamwork while encouraging learners to serve as role models for younger students.
