Creston gives back for Easter

Over 1 105 marshmallow eggs were collected for Ignite Revolution.

The Creston College community rallied behind a heart-warming pre-primary Easter initiative, collecting over 1 105 marshmallow eggs for Ignite Revolution to share with local children.

Pre-primary children enjoyed a crazy Easter hats day and were bouncing with excitement as they explored Easter traditions, from chick life cycles to the meaning of the Cross, and got crafty with various activities.

In Grade 3, learners kicked off term two with their first sports sessions – boys hit the soccer field while girls showcased their hockey skills. They have also been loving reading time in the computer room with the Oxford Reading Buddy programme.

On the high school front, hockey teams impressed versus Port Shepstone, and Owami Madlala and Cassidy Lottering made it through to KZN netball trials.

The golf 4-ball team shone at Southbroom Country Club, showing resilience and skill in tough weather.
