Pre-schools unite for fun bike ride

The annual Tour de Pre-School will be held in Scottburgh this Friday.

Pre-schools from across the mid-South Coast will come together on Friday, April 17 for a lively afternoon of fun, activity and community spirit at the annual Tour de Pre-School, set to take place at Scottburgh Mall.

Hosted by Umdoni Christian Academy and UCA Pre-School, the event invites young children and their families to take part in a fun bike ride while enjoying a variety of activities designed for all ages.

Starting at 16:30 with an entry fee of R40, the afternoon promises to be filled with energy, excitement and plenty of smiles.

The Tour de Pre-School has become a much anticipated event on the local calendar, bringing together pre-schools from the surrounding areas in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The focus is on participation and enjoyment, giving children the opportunity to ride, play and interact with others from different schools.

Umdoni Christian Academy staff are ready to welcome young bikers and families to this week’s event.

All children are welcome to take part in the bike ride, whether they are experienced riders or just starting out.

In addition to the bike ride, families can look forward to a range of activities and entertainment throughout the afternoon. There will be food stalls, treats, raffles and prizes to be won, ensuring there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Organisers say the event is more than just a fun day out, it is an opportunity to build connections between schools, families and the wider community.

The Tour de Pre-School continues to grow each year, with more schools and families joining in the celebration.
