Cheetah House triumphs at Jai Hind Primary's sports day
Excellent sportsmanship was displayed.
Jai Hind Primary’s annual sports day brought together learners, staff and parents for a day of spirited competition and strong community support.
Under clear skies, learners from Cheetah, Jaguar, Leopard and Tiger houses competed in a range of track and field events. From the opening races to the final tug-of-war, the competition remained closely contested, with the lead changing hands throughout the day.
Cheetah House ultimately secured first place following consistent performances across events. Jaguar House finished second, with Leopard House third and Tiger House fourth. The narrow margins reflected the determination and teamwork shown by all participants.
The principal, Rhoda Surajpersadh, thanked parents for their attendance and staff for organising the event, noting the excellent sportsmanship displayed by learners.
The day ended with the presentation of the trophy to Cheetah House, as the school community celebrated a successful and memorable day.
