I would like to inform Ugu that the way in which it goes about cutting off water supply is highly unprofessional. Could Ugu be more considerate when shutting water supplies down and ensure that people have some kind of access to water before they do so?
It is highly irritating when you wake up in the morning, get in the shower and open the tap, only to find no water. Everyone is entitled to fair treatment, as we are paying for the water supply. Today it looks like the geyser has given up because the water supply is being cut so often.
Please be more considerate and I’m sure the world would be a better place.
