Kick the bucket

Many a school holiday was enjoyed with my grandparents in Salisbury.

DEAR Editor,-

Just recently we said goodbye to a great icon in South Africa. Isn’t it about time for the dictator, human rights violator, murderer and racist to leave this world so that Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia) can recover? Many a school holiday was enjoyed with my grandparents who owned an auto trimmer company in Salisbury. After my granddad passed away, my gran was murdered, which put an end to ‘God’s own country’.

I’m positive that Nelson Mandela will not (being the righteous man he was) extend a hand of welcome to Bob when he enters those large gates but direct him to a side or rear entrance without any trumpets ablaze.
