The residents of Extension 11 in Marburg wish to thank the organisers of the recent Ugu Jazz Festival pre-party for a well organised and controlled event that adhered to most residents’ concerns and proposals.
We acknowledge Ugu District Municipality and Cyassound Holdings for their input, together with Captain Edward Stephen from the SAPS, as well as Dinesh Pillay for all their help.
A special note of thanks goes to Councillor Ajith Rajaram for making sure that everything went according to plan and that residents were not inconvenienced in any way. Except for a few minor concerns, the residents were very happy with the outcome of the event.
