The photo in the article that appeared on the front page of the South Coast Herald on March 11 appears to have caused confusion amongst the local community. The photo shows Chris Jacka wearing a ‘Natal Sharks Board’ branded golf shirt. These shirts were available to the general public for purchase from the Sharks Board’s curio shop and are not standard uniform issue.
The KwaZulu-Natal Sharks Board wishes to place on record that it has no association whatsoever with Mr Jacka. The board continues to enjoy a cordial business relationship with the Hibiscus Coast Municipality. Hopefully this will clarify any confusion.
