I would like to extend my gratitude to the two kind gentlemen from M & R Auto in Southport for coming to my assistance last Sunday morning.
I was on my way to a sports event when the tyre blew, luckily just over the hill from the garage. I slowly made my way back to the service station where I hoped to find someone that could help me. To be honest, I have never changed a tyre before and found it rather daunting.
Steven Spies and Matthew Harrison didn’t hesitate to help replace the tyre and, watching them retrieve the spare, I realised that I was totally incompetent when it came to this seemingly simple procedure. I would never have figured that one out!
They refused all offer of payment and made sure I could resume my journey within 15 minutes. So thank you Matthew and Steven for getting me back on the road. You guys are real champs!
