DEAR Editor,-
I sorely need a new spare tyre for my car and thanks to the princely sum of R1 000 that I won after correctly submitting the correct number of Wallies, I can now afford to buy one.
Admittedly this re‘tyred’ woman has had a long and ‘tyre’some wait, because after what seems to be an en‘tyre’ lifetime, I have ‘tyre’lessly counted Wallies in the Herald!
You can imagine how extremely happy I was to finally win – at last! And thanks to Herald receptionist Bev Copeland for the wonderful phone call telling me I had won.
