OPINION: A little common sense goes a long way

I would like to suggest that a plastic bag dispenser, like the one in Southbroom, be provided for this purpose.

DEAR Editor,-

It is with sadness that I have to write about uncaring residents of Orange Rocks, who walk their dogs and don’t pick up their droppings afterwards. Over the weekend my grandson visited and he just loves running around the area, but I had to be so careful that he did not walk on one of the ‘landmines’. Park Run also uses Saints Walk and it is not fair that athletes have to duck and dodge. As a cleaner of the Orange Rocks area, I would like to suggest that a plastic bag dispenser, like the one in Southbroom, be provided for this purpose. Lastly, its does not take a lot of common sense to do the right thing.

LUCKY RAMBALLY
