I wish to thank the staff at the Port Shepstone Licensing Department. When we arrived at the reception, we were met by a smiling staff member who told us what to do. Staff members handling the document process did so in a professional manner and we were in and out in a very short space of time. Compared to Johannesburg, the service was excellent.
