BEVIS Fairbrother is away at a conference somewhere in Malaysia at the moment, but he organised a guest columnist to take his place for this week only.
He felt that Hlaudi Motsoeneng, the COO for the SABC (not to be confused with a famous brand of baked beans), is being given a raw deal by print media over his new policies at the public broadcaster.
So he thought it would be very appropriate to invite Mr Motsoeneng to write this week’s Butthead’s Beat.
“I couldn’t think of a better Butthead to replace me,” said Bevis.
