The Southcoast Mall can confirm that the attendance for the Mickey and Minnie Mouse appearance exceeded expectations, which were based on attendance levels from similar events at the mall. While the event was adequately staffed, the challenge was in managing some parents who did not adhere to instructions. We value feedback from our customers and will consider extra security at future events. We would also like to take this opportunity to apologise to shoppers and parents who might have been inconvenienced.
As always, our primary concern is for the safety and well-being of our shoppers and mall employees.
