We would like to say a big thank you to Jo-Anne Wentzel of Alpha Estates for showing us what excellent and professional service is.
We bought a flat in Margate in November 2015 and immediately put it back on the market. A month ago we realised that we needed a new agent to assist us.
Luckily, Jo-Anne was referred to us and that same afternoon our flat was listed.
She assured us that she would sell our flat that same week and, needless to say, she sold it within two days. She remained in contact with us via emails and calls until the money was paid into our account.
