THE Herald recently published a letter regarding my son’s attempts to obtain a vault copy birth certificate for his youngest daughter.
On Friday July 29 emails started flying about from the Department of Home Affairs regarding a press release from you and yesterday my son received the certificate after 27 months of waiting.
