DEAR Editor,-
I have just spent R3 150 on tyres, wheel trims and tracking!
I can avoid the potholes by driving on the wrong side of the road, but I can`t do that on river bridges along Marine Drive because damage to joints is the same on both sides of both lanes.
Who actually maintains the bridges and when will they make the repairs?
