DEAR Editor,-
I am getting really tired of being sandblasted by sand trucks travelling up and down Marine Drive. My car’s windscreen and paintwork has become seriously pitted, as I am sure are countless others. All due to sheer laziness of those individuals for failing to take some kind of preventative measures against such careless damage, like using tarpaulins to cover the truck bed.
In addition, what about the serious damage these heavy trucks do to our roads?
