DEAR Editor,-
Julia Watson is a very special lady, very caring with people and animals.
Julia helped us sort out the feral cats living in our garden. Over a period of three days, she helped to trap them, had them sterilised and brought them back.
Julia did all this while her father was very ill and yes, Shivers was with her and very well taken care of.
SPCA, you should beg Inspector Watson to come back. She is an asset that the SPCA cannot afford to lose and after all, Julia and Shivers have been a package since almost two years ago, why is there a problem now?
