DEAR Editor,-
To all the readers who put pen to paper over the resignation of Julia Watson, yes, whilst it is very sad that Julia resigned, she did so by choice. No one held her down and forced her to write out her resignation. It is simple enough – when you hand in your resignation, it means you don’t want to work there anymore. Now the SPCA must beg her to come back? You must be joking!
Julia is the author of her own book.
Unless people are blind, the change in the SPCA and the upgraded facilities since Michael Muller has been there are unbelievable, to say the least. To Michael, I hope and pray that you continue the dedicated work you are doing for the well-being of our animals in need. I, and many many others, stand right behind you and know that any decision you make would never be to the detriment of the SPCA.
