REGARDING the state of Margate, I would find it most refreshing if, instead of ‘Simple Simon Says’, the heads of the departments instead were quoted publicly as to their time frame, based on well thought out and definite solutions to Margate and its problems.
Also, ‘Madam Mayor’ might put her mayoral chain on the proverbial block and do something about it rather than the typical platitudes one has come to expect, but not accept. Or is it that the ANC led departments are in fact clueless and devoid of any idea as to how to do their jobs.
I really, really hope not.
