DEAR Editor,-
Recently my husband and I were part of the team of volunteers from Nomads Golf Club who assisted with the marshalling and scoring at the Sun Wild Coast Sun Challenge held at the Wild Coast Sun Hotel and Casino Resort golf course.
Without fail, every one of the players would politely thank us for our participation and help and some of them slipped autographed golf balls into our pockets.
We were happy to be doing the scoring and it was good to know that we were all appreciated.
A golf course in excellent condition, beautiful weather and views of the ocean all added to a good day.
