DEAR Editor,-
Arthur Dobbin, a well-known Umtentweni resident and former pastor of Living Word Community Church, met with a freak accident at a holiday resort in Hibberdene on November 28. Arthur was doing a listing at one of the units when the wooden deck gave way under his feet and sent him crashing to the floor.
When he was discovered lying on the cement floor by residents of Anchors Aweigh, medics and security were called in and Arthur was rushed to Hibiscus Private Hospital. He has since been moved to Albert Luthuli Central Hospital in Durban and is currently in a stable condition. We give all the glory to our Lord Jesus.
This letter serves to thank everyone who rallied around to assist, including the doctors and casualty staff of Hibiscus Private Hospital, the security, ambulance and paramedic staff members, the pastor and family friends for their assistance and support at the time of the incident.
