DEAR Editor,-
I attach a photo of two letters recently received from the Uvongo Post Office. The one was posted on November 20, 2016 and was only received on January 8, 2017. As can be seen from the state of the envelopes which have been seriously eaten by insects, it would appear that they have been lying at the post office for several weeks.
Is this what our postal system has come to?
