Number 1:
A bunch of low-lifes attack and kill young rhinos at Findimvelo Thula Thula Rhino Orphanage
According to Times Live, the two rhino‚ Impi and Gugu‚ were attacked while the staff were being held hostage.
One was killed outright‚ and the other had to be euthanised the following morning because of the severity of her injuries.

A woman was sexually assaulted and other rhino caregivers beaten.
This story left me speechless this week. How far can you stoop – baby rhinos?
It has left me so angry… mad and furious.
Angry that the human race, and our country has failed to protect these creatures.

A billion, trillion WTHs!
This war on rhino poaching has become a nightmare, and to think it could be an inside job (like most of these cases) is horrendous.
To prey on soft targets like a rhino orphanage is sickening and unforgivable. Even worse, these innocent young rhinos were totally oblivious that heavily armed men wanted to slaughter them.
‘Shoot to kill’ is my slogan when it comes to poaching.

From shell to hell
This is probably the most gut-wrenching video I’ve watched this week.
Fluffy baby chickens being drowned, crushed or burnt alive.
This is just sick, sick and sickens me to the core!
This one gets a massive, loud WTH!
If you think you can tolerate this video (above) then visit the PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) Facebook page to see this horrendous and inhumane slaughter of baby chickens.
This is just wrong, WRONG on so many levels.
Number 3:
Mob justice on the streets of Pretoria
A video capturing a man viciously beaten to death by an angry mob.
I only managed to stomach about 30 seconds of this video, so be warned: viewer discretion is advised.
https://policepicsandclips.com/man-viciously-beaten-to-death-by-angry-mob-in-pretoria/
The Police Pics and Clips website which featured the video said that not much information is given on it, but like in so many another cases, a criminal has been caught and dealt with by a mob fed up with crime.
Street justice is a hard one: is it wrong or right for people to take the law into their hands?
I think as we see our justice system take strain and people get more frustrated with crime we will get more and more cases like these in South Africa.
Bottom line: Don’t do crime!
Number 4:
Some people don’t deserve dogs – poor Egg!
News of Egg’s death came a day after his owner (29) was charged with making a false report to police, after he claimed the puppy was stolen during a late-night armed robbery at Sydney Olympic Park.

However police after their investigations, which involved looking at CCTV in the area, found the story did not add up. They say the dog was not stolen, but in fact had died at the owner’s home and his body was disposed of.
Why would someone make this stuff up and send the city on a frantic wild goose chase? Sounds to me like the owner is a fruit-loop.
This has to be the weirdest, and possibly one of the saddest, stories of the week.

You need Superman powers to open a jar of gherkins
Ok, so I go to gym but have you noticed how jars are so tightly closed these days?
Even the boyfriend, who has muscles, can’t open them.
Are these jars sealed closed with super glue?
WTH!
Question to manufacturers:
How will an old granny, with no muscles, be able to open a jar like this?
