DEAR Editor,-
My helper mistakenly locked our one-year-old son inside the house while she was busy cleaning outside last Friday.
Luckily my sister had to drop my daughter off at home while we were in Durban and she called to tell us what had happened.
I contacted the Lazer 911 office and spoke to Sheldon Deveduth, who, I must say was friendly, professional and very helpful.
He then contacted Shaun Jansen van Vuuren who arrived promptly and managed to open the Trellidor without causing too much damage.
