Please can someone do in-depth research on why we seem to never have water over weekends or holidays anymore. Can the incompetent people working for Ugu use their brains for once and turn the valve off at the reservoir when there is a breakage in the main line.

Why do they have to waste thousands of litres of water when there is such a shortage of water all over? Are the frequent water line breakages perhaps sabotage by Ugu staff to get more overtime pay? And is there a reason why they never answer phone calls or messages?
