Zimasa in the Zone: Angry wife beats mistress in shopping mall

She had tried to calmly confront her but the mistress was shouting and calling her a weakling.

THEY say hell hath no fury of a woman scorned and Durban streets can surely attest to that!

A jilted wife was recently spotted beating her husband’s mistress, while crying hysterically and screaming at the top of her lungs.

Back at home they thought she had just gone shopping, little did they know she was following  Zodwa*- her colleague and friend who was secretly seeing her husband.

Zodwa – the mistress – had laid charges of assault against the enraged wife.

“I’ve been arrested, I beat her up! I beat her up, I had had enough!….If it weren’t for those security guards, I’m telling you, I would have made sure she meets and greets shoppers naked, just like she does to my husband,” said the furious wife.

“How dare you beat her up like that? You had no right!” said a police officer on the other side of the counter.

“Are you married?” the enraged wife asked the officer.

“No I am not.”

“Then don’t judge me, you have no idea of the kind of pain I go through everyday…arrest me if you want, I’l do it again and again if I have to.”

That’s when I realised this really was a woman scorned!

Society judged her:

Uzehlisa Isthunzi! (She’s lowering her dignity)

She was labelled as weak, weak because she couldn’t handle a mistress, weak because she was brave enough to confront what most women take to their graves.

To women reading this: don’t be so desperate to get married, that you grab anything that comes your way!

Thank me later….
