DEAR Editor,-
I am an eighty-year-old pensioner who drives a 10-year-old car that’s in pristine condition. That is until the driver from a courier company called ‘Fast and Furious’ opened his door and caused R2 000 damage to my car.

I was given the runaround from the Johannesburg to the Durban branch and back again. Two months later, they still have not had the backbone to either accept or reject liability. I have no other recourse but to air this injustice as I cannot afford legal fees. R2 000 is such a small amount for them to pay and means so much to me.
